Not to be outdone by the Japanese networks, the US networks are now clamoring over one another over shows where contestents are tortured for dollars.

Hmm... Wasn't the FBI suggesting torture for terrorism suspects a while back ? I wonder how long before there's a convergence.....
Time to go rent The Running Man again, if only to see Jesse Ventura as Captain Freedom.
