The pwan's weblog without a name

I'm hurting for a decent byline here, as you can tell.

"Regime Change Begins At Home"

Here's my ballot: So stay away from the polls, disagreeable Virginians, and let my vote'll count all the more !

Yeh, D.C. is running for the House in Norfolk, but I wanted to show some Green support somehow...Of course if you live in the District, you've got Greens popping out of all holes in some sort of wonderful whack-a-mole game.

Update: So, I'm done voting. Lines were about as long as expected. Voting officals asked about my "Use Less Gas" t-shirt and decided it wasn't political enough to keep me away from the polls. I was voter number 228. The lines moved slowly because apparently no one was prepared and everyone was reading all the bond proposals in the booth. Sigh. I'm not sure my write-in attempt really worked. It's about a four step process to do a write-in, and I'm not sure I did it right. Luckily I broyght my own pen, since there wasn't one in the booth. I may have ended up not voting for anyone for the Senate. if so, sorry D.C.
