Last week when I was in New York, my brother and I had dinner in some anonymous resturant in Chinatown, picked mostly for its short line. Turns out, there was a large screen TV in the place, and it was showing a Britney Spears special on one of the Chinese stations. So for the entire meal either Ms Spear's was singing or some Chinese commercial was playing.
It was pretty annoying, but really nothing compared to this...

PR Watch has launched Disinfopedia, a propaganda wiki. There's also a slick anti-war wiki. I suppose these will require a lot of community effort to keep the quality up and the rifraft at bay. It should be interesting to watch.
In local news, nearby Alexandria has passed an anti-war resolution, and my House representative has inserted his foot deep into his eh... mouth.

The "most hybrids seen in one day" record was broken today with a whooping five hybrids - two Insights, one Civic, and two Prii. Previous record was three. Most days I only see one !
By the way, yesterday's Achewood was a stroke of geeky comedy genius.
