Dishing up hot, steamy guilt for the left-of-center engineer.

I just had to send this story from Politechbot over to Bennett Haselton at Peacefire.
BTW, Peacefire has a really cool t-shirt as well.
And remember kids, it's not a crime to be smarter than your parents.

Well, I'm in Easton again, taking come of my folks after my Dad's cadiac catharization at Saint Luke's Hospital. They didn't find any blockage, and he gets to come home today at 3:00. He should have been able to come home yesterday, but the hospital was over 4 hours late starting the surgery ! Shame on them !

I found the verses to my favorite song of all time online.

Too bad, too sad for the Miami relatives. Good to know the supreme court won't let itself be dragged down into that mud.

On other Cuba news, I think Debby may have made it onto a 1 second clip on the recent PBS special on Cuban baseball. I messed up recording the show on the VCR, so I couldn't go back and check. How many people can have that color purple windbreaker though....

I wish the Debster would just move out of Baltimore. Northern Virginia is very livable. No stray limbs littering the sidewalk or anything like that. My neighborhood is even planning a pedestrian walkway !

Unfortunate enough to see Butterfly on POV this week ? Looking for something to clear the palate. May I suggest Titan A.E. in which Earth is destroyed before the opening credits. Or perhaps you're looking for an environmental alternative an engineer can live with ? Then I suggest looking into the Viridian movement.

Dear Ford, GM, and Chrysler,
Next time I shop for a vehicle, I would like to buy a car with the lowest emissions, highest fuel efficiency, and cleanest production processes technologically possible.
Please provide affordable clean green cars for consumers like me as soon as possible.
