The Arlington County Community Alert System has been updated to warning citizens of traffic problems, mischievous activity, heavy weather and now exploited Microsoft design flaws:

With all the recent worms and viruses, Arlington County's Chief
Information Security Officer (CISO) will alert you about new computer viruses and
worms before you open your email. The CISO will provide information on where
to learn more about preventative and counter-measures. (via e-mail sent to current participants. I couldn't find the notice online yet)
