Someone vandalized the Reston UU Civil Marriage banner this past week. I first noticed it Wednesday night, so I figured it went down in response to our fearless leader's pep talk, but I haven't been driving down Wiehle a lot lately, so it may have been down before that.

I know it was still down when I drove by it Friday night at 11:30 PM, but by 8:30 AM Saturday morning, it looks like someone had unvandled (devandled ?, belisarized ?) it back together with some clear packing tape.

It's 9:30 Saturday night, and I don't know if it's been knocked down again, or if the tape's fallen apart by now, or if, on a positive note, the church has gotten around to properly replacing it by now.
