Sure this doll is a monstrosity, but it doesn't talk, so what's the Barbie Liberation Front going to do with it. Nothing. It's a lame duck as far as macho dolls are concerned. The BLF will have to settle for the Herobuilder's talking president doll. No studly flyboy costume with the Herobuilder version, but they do sell a pretty pink dress which fits all the dolls. Hmmm.
And while hearing a hacked president doll say "Math is hard" in a Barbie voice would indeed be a hoot, swapping sound chips with this talking Sauron doll would probably lead to greater overall hootage.

On the 58th anniverary of the atomic attacks, I wonder, does exposure to depleted uranium qualifies you as hibakusha ? Probably. I'll be on the lookout for the documentary, though it doesn't look like it's reached the States yet.

Write what you know, they say, so here's the first line from my future novel "RTFN!":
Standing in front of the breakroom vending machine late one night, Robert thought there are some code reviews where the submitter is trying to follow the process, and then there are those like CRS#54678 where the code probably wouldn't compile, and even if it did build, it most certainly would screw up all the regression tests, and no doubt embedded in the middle of all those craptastic changes there was a release form authorizing the thugs from Testing to come carve out his liver with the breakroom plasticware, after which he would lay all night in his cube in a puddle of his own blood and piss until his manager found him in the morning, and drug him off to the daily bug scrub meeting, unshowered, unshaven, and liverless.

Los Gatos dishes out the solar power disdain:
```We're about as solar-friendly as they come,'' said Los Gatos Mayor Sandy Decker. ``But we're asking to keep the aesthetics intact in this town.''
Cinnamon's offices are in a commercial area surrounded by auto shops and metal Quonset huts.
``It's very important to me that whatever goes up there improves the neighborhood,'' said councilman Mike Wasserman.
Boo on you Mayor Decker and Councilman Wasserman. If you want to improve the aesthetics of your quaint Victorian village, you should zone out those curbside CO2 factories. Make it so they can't be visible from the road....
